The Catch are a lively, fun loving 7 or 9 piece function band that have provided their own brand of live entertainment at functions, weddings and parties for over a decade and have an enviable reputation for being both totally professional and 100% reliable.
The Catch was born in the mid 90’s with the ultimate goal of providing world class, live entertainment.
Based in North Buckinghamshire, England, The Catch was originally formed by Joe and a few friends. But it wasn`t until Joe met Steve (Dr.) that things really started to happen for the band. Steve`s skill as multi talented musician and musical director, transformed The Catch .... The pair went on to form a formidable partnership........and have never looked back!
The aim of The Catch has always been to accurately recreate songs so when played, everyone at the function instantly recognises the hits of artistes such as The Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Jackie Wilson, Chic, Amy Winehouse, Kylie, The Scissors Sisters, The Sugarbabes, The Jacksons and many, many more…..

Fully self contained and using high quality sound systems with a spectacular light show, The Catch authentically cover a wide range of `pop` hits from the 60`s right up to the present day and has performed for audiences varying in size ranging from small gatherings up to 10,000 people. No backing tracks are ever used by the band, the sound you hear is completely live, played by professional musicians with an expansive repertoire.
